由北京第二汽车制造厂、成都工具研究所和上海材料研究所共同负责进行的“20CrMnTi 中模数汽车齿轮硬质合金高速滚齿工艺的研究”课题,已于1983年11月在北京鉴定通过.机械工业部委托北京市汽车工业总公司主持了鉴定会.被邀请参加鉴定会的有北京齿轮厂、一汽,二汽等齿轮生产厂,清华大学等高等院校和韶关工具厂,哈一工等工具厂以及重庆机床厂等单位的数十位专家教授.通过近三年的试验研究,对于我国汽车拖拉机行业中量大面广的20CrMnTi 齿轮采用硬质合金滚刀进行高速滚齿加工的工艺取得了成功.采用新型的硬质合金材料和挤前硬质含金滚刀在国产YB·3120滚齿机上加工北京第二汽车制造厂的模数2.5毫米的20CrMnTi 挤前齿轮,切削速度达到173米/分,与高速钢滚刀比较,切齿效率提高六倍以上,每年可节约电能2768度以上,每万件齿轮可节省加工费用刚近6700元,经济效益显著。与会代表听取了课题总结报告,参观了切齿现场,检测了
