在初中数学教学中,我们经常遇到这样的学生:他们缺乏独立性,自信心,没有目标,死读死记不求甚解,或干脆放弃不学,自暴自弃。久而久之,对学习,他们先是厌倦,而后放弃。这也就是我们常说的学习后进生。正是由于学习缺乏主动性,严重地影响着后进生的智力发展,阻碍了差生学习上的进步。因此注重后进生的转化工作,对大面积提高初中数学教学质量具有重要的意义。
In junior high school mathematics teaching, we often encounter such students: they lack independence, self-confidence, lack of goals, death does not mean seeking solutions, or simply give up not learn, give up on themselves. Over time, to learn, they first tired, and then give up. This is what we often say after learning. It is because of the lack of initiative in learning that it seriously affects the intellectual development of backward students and hinders the progress of poor students. Therefore, focusing on the post-graduation transformation work, to improve the quality of junior high school mathematics teaching is of great significance.
