The rapid development of information technology and the progress of information technology have made electronic documents an important tool for human society to record, transmit and retain information. Electronic documents exist widely and are used in various fields. Some scholars even predict that electronic documents may become the dominant form of social documents in the future. This article attempts to put such a background on the nearly 5 years included in the Chinese academic journals published in the database of the general electronic file management theory
