目的探讨自由基清除剂依达拉奉联合亚低温对急性脑缺血大鼠氧自由基的影响。方法取40只Wistar大鼠,随机分为假手术组、脑缺血模型对照组、依达拉奉组、依达拉奉联合亚低温组,每组10只,依达拉奉组大鼠在脑缺血模型成功后,给予依达拉奉腹腔注射,依达拉奉联合亚低温组在依达拉奉腹腔注射后,给予亚低温,检测各组大鼠SOD、MDA含量变化。结果依达拉奉联合亚低温组SOD水平显著高于依达拉奉组,MDA水平均显著低于依达拉奉组(P<0.001)。结论依达拉奉可以有效改善脑缺血大鼠的SOD、MDA水平,依达拉奉联合亚低温治疗效果优于依达拉奉的单独应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of free radical scavenger edaravone combined with mild hypothermia on oxygen free radicals in rats with acute cerebral ischemia. Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group, cerebral ischemia model control group, edaravone group and edaravone combined hypothermia group, 10 rats in each group. Rats in edaravone group After successful cerebral ischemia model, edaravone was injected intraperitoneally, and edaravone combined with mild hypothermia group was given intradermal injection of edaravone, then hypothermia was given to detect the changes of SOD and MDA in rats. Results The SOD level in edaravone combined with mild hypothermia group was significantly higher than that in edaravone group. The MDA level in edaravone group was significantly lower than that in edaravone group (P <0.001). Conclusion Edaravone can effectively improve the level of SOD and MDA in cerebral ischemia rats. The effect of edaravone combined with mild hypothermia is better than that of edaravone alone.
