用定群血清流行病学方法研究HFRS疫苗考核现场对照组人群隐性感染情况及感染后抗体水平的变化。对照组283人随访48个月,HFRS年感染率2.48%;21名隐性感染者HFRS抗体转阴率61.90%,HFRS抗体上升率达9.68%。
Seroepidemiological study was used to study the prevalence of latent infection and the level of antibody after infection in the control group. In the control group, 283 patients were followed up for 48 months. The annual infection rate of HFRS was 2.48%. The negative rate of HFRS antibody in 61 latent infection patients was 61.90% and that of HFRS antibody was 9.68%.
