本文通过对包钢60kg/M钢轨进行的一系列实验,着重从底裂与炼钢、初轧、轨梁的生产工艺关系,分析了包钢60kg/M钢轨产生底裂原因,并对如何改善底裂提出了有关改进措施。 本文作者认为包钢60kg/M钢轨的底裂主要与钢液洁净度和钢坯清理质量有关。同时作者认为采用炉外精炼和钢坯采用热火焰清理机等是改善底裂的根本措施。
In this paper, a series of experiments on Baotou Steel 60kg / M rail are carried out.
