用全燕麦片分级分离得到的不同级分饲喂高脂膳食小鼠,比较各级分抑制小鼠实验性高脂血症形成的效果。结果证明,富含食物纤维和油脂的残渣级分的降脂效果接近全燕麦,不溶性蛋白级分也有明显降脂效果。本实验还说明,主要含有油酸和亚油酸的脂溶物是燕麦残渣级分中降低血清胆固醇有效成分之一。
The different fractions obtained by fractionation of whole oatmeal were fed to high fat diet mice and the effect of inhibiting the formation of experimental hyperlipidemia in mice was compared. The results showed that the lipid fraction rich in dietary fiber and oil had a lipid-lowering effect close to that of whole oats, and the insoluble protein fractions also had a significant lipid-lowering effect. This experiment also shows that the fat-soluble substance mainly containing oleic acid and linoleic acid is one of the effective components for lowering serum cholesterol in the oat residue fraction.
