以多重素质为丰富内涵的人,是同社会经济发生密切联系的整体。在一定社会条件下,把握人的整体素质状况,把握人的素质与社会发展的关系,是研究现实的人的关键。人们探讨社会发展问题必然要把人的发展问题作为分析和考察那个时期社会发展问题的重要指标。这种研究必然会引出经济的发展因素和人的发展因素都是社会发展的决定因素,实现经济的现代化必须首先实现人的现代化和实现人的全面发展的结论。显然,讨论人的全面发展与讨论社会经济的发展同样重要。在当前研究社会主义市场经济问题的时候,把人的全面发展作为社会经济研究的热点问题凸现出来,构成当前中国社会问题的整体思考。这正是理论界必须加强研究的重点问题。 一 90年代以后,中国现代化建设进入了一个新的发展时期,社会主义市场经济的确立和发展,使生产力的现代化带有极其明显的社会发展的时代特征。生产力的现代化与市场经济的社会实践相结合,现代化借助市场经济的巨大作用,有力地推进我国社会文明程度的全面提高,从而赋予人的素质的全面发展以崭新的内涵。
People with multiple qualities as rich connotations are closely related to the social economy as a whole. Under certain social conditions, grasping the overall quality of people and grasping the relationship between human qualities and social development are the keys to people studying reality. People must consider the issue of social development as an important indicator for analyzing and examining the social development issues during that period. Such research necessarily leads to economic development factors and human development factors that are the determinants of social development. To achieve economic modernization, we must first realize human modernization and realize the all-round development of man. Obviously, the all-round development of the discussants is as important as the discussion of social and economic development. In the current study of the socialist market economy, we have highlighted the issue of all-round development of human beings as a hot issue in social and economic studies and constituted the overall thinking on the current social problems in China. This is exactly the theoretical issue that must be strengthened. Since the 1990s, China’s modernization has entered a new period of development. The establishment and development of the socialist market economy has brought about an extremely clear historical feature of the social development of the modernization of the productive forces. Modernization of productive forces is combined with social practice of market economy. With the great role of market economy, modernization has vigorously promoted the overall improvement of the level of social civilization in our country and given new meaning to the all-round development of human qualities.
