为进行快速无损检测(NDT),研究了固体声谐振子扰动和声学特征变化的关系.用有限元方法分析了存在和无缺陷样品的振动频率和振型,用数字信号处理技术,实验研究了样品中缺陷对声学特征的影响.实验和理论结果一致性很好,为用声学特征进行无损检测提供了理论和实验指导.
For rapid NDT (non-destructive testing), the relationship between the acoustic resonance characteristics and the disturbance of the solid acoustic harmonic oscillator is studied. The vibration frequencies and mode shapes of the existing and defect-free samples were analyzed by the finite element method. The effects of the defects in the samples on the acoustic characteristics were experimentally studied by digital signal processing techniques. Experimental and theoretical results are in good agreement, providing theoretical and experimental guidance for non-destructive testing using acoustic features.
