8月底,中央第九轮巡视陆续公布整改情况。其中,质检总局在整改通报中称,针对巡视反馈提出的“企事业单位、行业协会学会管理不规范”问题,进行了重点整顿,正式收回或取消企事业单位、行业协会承担的5项委托和授权事项。对仍需委托的事项,从严管理,杜绝“红顶中介”现象。同时,加强重点检查和专项审计,防止协会学会发生摊派会费、拉赞助、搞创收和涉企乱收费等行为。这又一次引起人们对整治行业协会乱象的关注。
