随着科学技术的发展,电子计算机在更多的领域里得到应用,会计电算化也越来越受到人们的重视,它使广大会计人员摆脱了繁重的手工劳动,有更多的时间参与企业的经济管理活动,并在这项活动中发挥应有的作用。最近两年,我公司把电子计算机运用于会计工作中,使我们初步尝到了甜头。我公司担负着全区机电产品的供应业务,每年经我公司购销的机电产品总额达七亿元之多。经营业务量越大,会计核算工作就越繁忙。我公司除本部经营外,还下设了五个分公司,共有会计人员七十三人。没有运用电子计算机前,每天大量的时间忙于记帐,遇上节假日还要加班加点。鉴于这种情况,我们决心运用电子计算机。两年前,我们邀请了电子计算中心的技术人员帮助编制程序,每个分公司都配备了电子计算机,并从科里抽出会计人员参加培训,经过一段时间的学习,基本上掌握了一些运算原理和操作方法,随即用于日常财会工作之中。
