本文对地役权和相邻关系问从各国立法态度,学术研究各角度进行初步的探讨,并对地役权和相邻关系之间的关系进行探讨,结合我国的《物权法》以及其他相关法律的具体立法规定,对我国相应的制度建设作了相应的分析。
