根据糖耐量减低发生与嗜烟好酒、过食肥甘、久坐少动等不良生活方式相关的特点，张福利认为三焦失运、痰湿瘀热为其主要病机，临床中以分消走泄三焦湿热为治疗大法，运用温胆汤加减治疗取得较好疗效。“,”According to the characteristics that impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) is related to addiction to alcohols and cigarettes,overeating fat and sweet things and sedentary life styles,ZHANG Fuli concludes that dysfunction of triple energizer in transport,phlegm,heat,dampness,and blood stasis are the main causes of IGT. So he takes elimination of dampness and heat in triple energizer by purgation and diuresis as the main method for treatment and uses modified Wendan decoction in clinic ,which has achieved good curative effect.
