1996年12月20日,日本神户大学报告厅汇集了近百名日本各界专家、学者和兵库县、神户市国际交流协会的代表、华侨。中国驻日本大阪总领事刘智刚、领事单耀忠等也来到了这里。 一场别开生面的学术交流会在这里举行。 主要佳宾是6位当年在日留学后归国卓有成就的友好使者。他们是: 清华大学教授 李健保 财政部科学研究所副所长 王朝才 南京农业大学教授 高祖刚 北京信律师事务所律师 谢思敏 北京外国语大学教授 徐一平 科技日报主任记者 董志翔 他们是应日本兵库县中国留学生支持会的邀请而重返故地的。他们的到来受到了各界的欢迎。
December 20, 1996, Japan Kobe University lecture hall brought together nearly a hundred Japanese experts and scholars, and Hyogo, Kobe City Association for International Exchange representatives, overseas Chinese. Chinese Consulate General in Osaka in Japan Liu Zhigang, Consular Order Yiu Chung-chung, also came here. A unique academic exchange will be held here.
