国家公务员是一个特殊的社会群体,由于特殊的职业、激烈的竞争环境和复杂的人际关系使这一群体具有特殊的心理健康问题。公务员心理问题的应对策略是:掌握心理健康标准,学会自我心理调节;加强教育培训,养成良好的心理素质;合理安排时间,提高幸福感指数;针对职业特点,提高自我评价意识;建立适应公务员心理健康教育需要的应急保障机制。
