The evaluation of senior technical titles of forestry system in the whole region was conducted on the basis of improvement and appraisal of technical titles and quality inspection and acceptance of junior and senior middle school graduates. In the second half of 1982, the forestry appraisal team of the Autonomous Region High-level Committee received material from 31 individuals who were transferred from the autonomous region’s science and technology commission to apply for the advancement of forestry senior technical titles.
