我国第十四次全国代表大会正式确立了社会主义市场经济体制,资本市场也在该体制的引导下不断发展和完善。资本市场不断融资,企业采取了多种融资方式,这在促进产业结构升级和企业发展的同时也给大量的融资企业带来了诸多困扰,而且对我国实体经济也产生了一些影响。文章从资本市场融资方式入手,分析了在资本市场融资环境下存在的问题及对实体经济的影响,并针对问题提出了相应的解决方案,希望能优化国内融资方式,促进实体经济稳步增长。
The 14th National Congress of China formally established the socialist market economic system, and the capital market has continuously developed and improved under the guidance of this system. Capital markets continue to raise funds and enterprises adopt a variety of financing methods. This not only brings a lot of troubles to a large number of financing enterprises while promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure and the development of the enterprises, but also exerts some influence on the real economy of our country. Starting with the capital market financing methods, the article analyzes the existing problems in the capital market financing environment and the impact on the real economy, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems. It hopes to optimize the domestic financing methods and promote the real economy to grow steadily.
