目的:探析输卵管妊娠诊断中经阴道彩超检查的应用价值。方法:选取我院2012年3月~2015年3月收治的120例输卵管妊娠患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组60例患者。对照组予以经腹部彩超检查,观察组予以经阴道彩超检查。结果:观察组的诊断准确率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩超检查在输卵管妊娠诊断中的准确性高,具有良好的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy. Methods: One hundred and twenty cases of tubal pregnancy admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 60 patients. The control group was subjected to abdominal ultrasound examination, the observation group was transvaginal ultrasound. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy is high and has good value.
