将赤豆子叶在附加不同激素的MS固体培养基上培养,其中只将在诱导愈伤组织培养基MS-1上获得的愈伤组织转移到分化培养基5(MS+6-BA 2.0ppm+KT 1.0ppm+NAA0.5ppm+LH 500mg/1)才能产生幼苗。把幼苗转移到生根培养基(MS+LH 500mg/1)上5天左右不定根出现,成为完整的小植株。
The red bean cotyledons were cultured on MS solid medium supplemented with different hormones, wherein only the callus obtained on the induction callus medium MS-1 was transferred to differentiation medium 5 (MS + 6-BA 2.0 ppm + KT 1.0 ppm + NAA 0.5 ppm + LH 500 mg / 1). The shoots were transferred to the rooting medium (MS + LH 500mg / 1) for about 5 days adventitious roots appear to become intact plantlets.
