当前,在非公有制经济组织这一党的建设的新领域,党的工作基础还很薄弱,理论指导和实践经验都很缺乏,党建工作中还存在着不少这样那样亟待解决的问题。在当前和今后的一个时期中,应着重从以下几个方面进一步改进非公有制经济组织的党建工作:大力提高对党建工作重大意义的认识;真正摸清家底,为开展党建工作打好基础;采取切实有效措施,扩大党组织的覆盖面;结合实际,开展内容丰富、形式多样的活动;充分发挥好共产党员的先锋模范作用;尽可能争取业主对党建工作的理解和支持;加强对非公有制经济组织党建工作的领导。
At present, in the new area where the non-public economic organizations are a party, the party’s foundation for work remains weak. Theoretical guidance and practical experience are scarce. There are still many problems to be solved in the process of party building. In a current and future period, we should focus on further improving party building in the non-public economic organizations from the following aspects: vigorously raising our awareness of the great significance of the party building work; truly ascertaining the bottom of the family and laying the foundation for party building; Practical and effective measures should be taken to expand the coverage of the party organizations; to carry out rich and diversified activities combining actual conditions; to give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members; to strive for the owners’ understanding and support for the work of party building as much as possible; to strengthen the non-public ownership economic organizations Party building leadership.
