水力旋流污水除油技术代表着水力旋流分离技术的最新发展。根据国内、外水力旋流污水除油技术的研究进展和实际应用,对其发展背景和性能进行了简要评述。在介绍除油原理的基础上,通过比较固液分离用水力旋流器与水力旋流除油器在结构与尺寸比例等方面的差异,并结合Vortoil公司与Krebs公司的产品,讨论了应用设计中应遵循的设计原理。最后,指出了使用过程中影响除油效果的因素及消除这些因素的措施。
