The fourth session of the third session of the China Text Association Research and Development Forum and the Chinese Writing Society was held in Dalian from July 23 to July 2014. The conference is sponsored by Chinese Literary Institute, undertaken by Dalian University College of Arts and co-organized by Oracle Society of Dalian. More than thirty directors and experts attended the meeting. The meeting devoted to discussing the general election of the council and agreed on the principles, procedures and scheduling of the general council.
