目的:研究军事飞行人员病伤死因,旨在为加强军事飞行人员死因疾病的预防、诊治提供临床航空流行病学依据。方法:采用回顾性调查方法对某地区45 年间住院军事飞行人员病伤死亡病例进行分析。死因疾病按照ICD- 9 分类,编制“1950 ~1995 年某地区军事飞行人员病伤死因构成”。死亡率以1964 年全国标准人口构成标化。结果:45 年间军事飞行人员病伤死亡38 例,平均死亡年龄31 .47 岁。总病死率0 .123 % 。死因疾病构成20 种,前6 位是白血病、再生障碍性贫血、鼻咽癌、肺癌、恶性淋巴瘤、胃癌。本地区军事飞行人员死因疾病中恶性肿瘤历年代均居首位。军事飞行人员恶性肿瘤平均死亡率22 .67/10 万,中国标化死亡率24 .25/10 万,世界标化死亡率21 .76/10 万。结论:某地区45 年间军事飞行人员病伤死亡中恶性肿瘤占全部死亡人数60 .25 % 。恶性肿瘤是该地区军事飞行人员死亡的主要原因
Objective: To study the cause of death of military flight sickness, aiming to provide clinical aviation epidemiological basis for strengthening the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of death cause diseases of military flight personnel. Methods: A retrospective survey was conducted to analyze the deaths from hospitalized military pilots in a certain area for 45 years. According to the ICD-9 classification, the cause of death was drawn up as “the causes of death from military injuries among military pilots in a certain area from 1950 to 1995”. The death rate is standardized by the national standard population in 1964. Results: Forty-eight military injuries resulted in 38 deaths and the average age of death was 31. 47 years old. Total case fatality rate 0. 123%. The cause of death constitutes 20 kinds of diseases, the first six are leukemia, aplastic anemia, nasopharyngeal cancer, lung cancer, malignant lymphoma, gastric cancer. The number of malignant tumors in the cause of death due to illness among military flight personnel in the region surpasses the first place ever. The average death rate of malignant tumor in military flight personnel 22. 67/10 million, China’s standardization of death rate 24. 25/10 million, the world’s standardization of mortality 21. 76/10 million. Conclusion: Malignant tumors account for the total number of deaths from the deaths of military pilots during a 45-year period in a certain area. 25%. Malignancies are the leading cause of death of military pilots in the area
