为加强晒黄烟资源的收集保存与利用,本研究对来源于国家烟草中期库的6份晒黄烟和新收集的26份晒黄烟进行了SSR分子标记研究,根据来源不同将32份种质分成Z(资源库)、G(广西贺州)以及M(广西百色)3个群体。结果表明,(1)106对SSR引物共检测到110个位点,其中85个为多态性位点,多态性比率为77.27%,种质间的遗传相似系数变异范围为0.49~0.95,表明种质间遗传基础比较狭窄。(2)3个群体内遗传差异由大到小分别为:Z>M>G。Z与M的遗传相似系数为0.7762,遗传距离相对较远,G与M遗传相似系数为0.8963,遗传距离较近。(3)在相似系数0.49处可将32份种质分成2类,第1类包括寸三皮和大宁旱烟籽,第2类包括3个亚类,其中来源于Z群体的公会晒烟与新收集晒黄烟品种(系)归为一类,Z群体的其他种质与新收集种质遗传距离较远。(4)来自不同地点的同名种质大宁烟遗传距离相对较远,相似系数为0.788。不同名称的公会包盖烟和凤凰黄烟遗传相似性最高,相似系数为0.939。
In order to enhance the collection, preservation and utilization of the resources of the yellow smoky tobacco, SSR molecular markers were studied on 6 yellow-smoked cigarettes and 26 newly-collected yellow smoked cigarettes derived from the national tobacco mid-term tobacco bank. According to different sources, 32 germplasms were divided into Z (Resource Library), G (Hezhou, Guangxi), and M (Baise, Guangxi). The results showed that: (1) A total of 110 SSR primers were detected in 106 SSR primers, of which 85 were polymorphic, with a polymorphism ratio of 77.27%. The genetic similarity coefficient of germplasm ranged from 0.49 to 0.95, The genetic basis of germplasm is relatively narrow. (2) The genetic differences among the three groups were as follows: Z> M> G. The genetic similarity coefficient between Z and M was 0.7762, the genetic distance was relatively far, the genetic similarity coefficient between G and M was 0.8963, and the genetic distance was close. (3) 32 germplasms could be divided into two groups at the similarity coefficient of 0.49, the first group consisted of Zongsanpi and Daning hay seed, the second group consisted of three subtypes, among which the Z group derived sun-cured tobacco and The newly collected sun-cured tobacco varieties (lines) are classified into one category, and the other germplasm of the Z group has a far genetic distance from the newly collected germplasm. (4) The genetic distance between Daning plants of the same name from different locations was relatively far, and the similarity coefficient was 0.788. The guild covered cigarettes with different names and Phoenix yellow smoke had the highest genetic similarities with a similarity coefficient of 0.939.
