液氮冻结技术,国外已应用于地下建筑工程。山东兖州矿区科学研究所组织有关单位,共同进行了我国第一次液氮冻结表上试验,获得成功。为进一步试验研究工作打下了基础,为我国矿井建设中的实际应用进行了探索。试验用液氮30吨,单位冻土液氮消耗量约526公斤/米3 。试验表明,液氮冻结速度比普通盐水冻结快9~10倍,可能为浅表土地下工程提供缩短工期、降低成本的有效途径,在抢险工程中尤为适用。为宣传推广他们的科研成果,扩大液氮应用范围,特将兖州矿区科研所的“液氮冻结表上首次试验”一文摘登如下。——本刊编者
Liquid nitrogen freezing technology, abroad has been used in underground construction. Yanzhou Mining Research Institute of Shandong organized the relevant units jointly conducted the first test of liquid nitrogen freeze on our country and achieved success. It laid the foundation for further experimental research and explored the practical application of mine construction in our country. Test liquid nitrogen 30 tons, unit per unit of liquid nitrogen consumption of about 526 kg / m3. Experiments show that freezing speed of liquid nitrogen is 9 ~ 10 times faster than that of ordinary salt water freezing, which may provide an effective way to shorten the construction period and reduce the cost for the subsurface subterranean engineering.
