社会对人才的多元化需求要求人才培养机构和部门重视个性化需求。结合山西某高校的办学定位和学生实际,在查阅相关文献和参考广西大学大学生英语学习需求分析调查表的基础上编制了山西某高校大学生英语学习需求分析调查表,随机抽取了350名学生进行问卷调查。从学生英语学习动机、课程教与学的认可度、校园学习环境认可度三个方面进行了统计和分析。寄希望该研究能够为教育管理部门进行课程改革和指导提供理论支持。
The diversified needs of society for talents require that talent training institutions and departments attach importance to individual needs. Combined with the positioning of a university in Shanxi and the actual students, based on the relevant literature and refer to Guangxi University Students English Learning Needs Analysis Questionnaire based on the preparation of a college students in Shanxi Province English learning needs analysis questionnaire, randomly selected 350 students to conduct questionnaire survey. Statistics and analysis are made from three aspects: the students’ motivation in English learning, the recognition of curriculum teaching and learning, and the recognition of campus learning environment. It is hoped that this research can provide theoretical support for the reform and guidance of the education administration.
