经过20多年的发展,我国民营企业已进入由粗放型管理向知识型管理转变的发展阶段,越来越多的知识型员工加盟民营企业。将分析学习型组织的特点,论述在民营企业中创建学习型组织的必要性。
After more than 20 years of development, private-owned enterprises in our country have entered the stage of development from extensive management to knowledge-based management. More and more knowledge-based employees join private-owned enterprises. Will analyze the characteristics of learning organization, discusses the necessity of creating learning organization in private enterprise.
