铝合金点焊最常见的缺陷是未焊透,即没有熔核或熔核尺寸不足。这种缺陷对产品质量影响很大。对于点焊熔核大小的检查,目前一般采用试焊工艺试片,然后进行破坏,并在低倍金相磨片上测量焊透率及熔核直径,确定符合技术条件规定后再焊接产品。但是,因为影响点焊质量的因素很多,所以试片的质量很难完全代表实际的产品。为此应用了数理统计方法来估价点焊熔核质量,并取得了较好的效果。我厂生产的F产品因焊点的脱点或小点
