近年来,我国有线电视网络发展迅速,但是在管理手段上还比较落后,突出表现在收视费用的回收还比较困难。本文着重分析了使用计算机管理平台,对于不交费的用户直接发出干扰信号,用户交费后自动停止干扰,实现点对点控制。对于私自跨接盗用有线电视讯号,将会造成整个分支控制器工作不正常(2～16户不能正常收看),管理控制中心可根据用户反应及时发现。并可根据需要临时对所有用户或某一区域用户免费开放一段时间,到时恢复收费控制。
