目的:观察云芝糖肽(PSP)对环磷酰胺(Cy)所致免疫抑制小鼠Th1/Th2平衡的影响。方法:18只雄性Balb/c小鼠随机分为3组,每组6只。PSP组予以125 mg·kg-1·d-1的云芝糖肽溶液灌胃,正常对照组及模型组予以生理盐水灌胃作为对照,连续25 d。用药第17天和第21天除正常对照组外均予以腹腔注射环磷酰胺制备小鼠免疫抑制模型,观察小鼠脾组织IL-2、IL-4、T-bet、GATA-3 mRNA相对表达变化。结果:各组小鼠脾组织IL-2、T-bet mRNA相对表达水平之间无明显差异(P>0.05);模型组小鼠IL-4、GATA-3 mRNA相对表达水平明显高于正常对照组及PSP组(P<0.05);正常对照组与PSP组的IL-2/IL-4及T-bet/GATA-3水平相比无统计学差异(P>0.05),但均明显高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:云芝糖肽可以纠正免疫抑制机体IL-2/IL-4、T-bet/GATA-3的偏移状态,促进机体Th1/Th2的平衡稳定状态,发挥免疫保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of PSP on Th1 / Th2 balance in immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide (Cy). Methods: Eighteen male Balb / c mice were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 mice in each group. PSP group was given 125 mg · kg-1 · d-1 of polysaccharides solution of ganoderic polysaccharide, normal control group and model group were given saline as control, continuous 25 d. The mice were immunosuppressed by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide on the 17th and 21st day after treatment. The relative expression of IL-2, IL-4, T-bet and GATA-3 mRNA in the spleen tissue were observed Variety. Results: The relative expression levels of IL-2 and T-bet mRNA in the spleen tissue of each group had no significant difference (P> 0.05). The relative expression levels of IL-4 and GATA-3 mRNA in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal control (P <0.05). The levels of IL-2 / IL-4 and T-bet / GATA-3 in normal control group and PSP group were not significantly different (P> 0.05) Model group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Cloud glycopeptide can correct the migration state of IL-2 / IL-4 and T-bet / GATA-3 in immunocompromised mice and promote the balance stable state of Th1 / Th2.
