非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)是一组组织学类型、临床表现以及生物学行为有显著差异的淋巴细胞肿瘤性疾病。特殊首发侵犯部位的NHL较少见。我院收治38例,分析报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 本组38例均经病理检查确诊,诊断符合《血液病诊断及疗效标准》中的有关诊断标准。男30例,女8例,男女之比为3.75:1。年龄7～72岁,≤20岁者4例,21～40岁者13例,41～60岁者15例,≥61岁者6例。
Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) is a group of lymphoblastic neoplasms whose histological types, clinical manifestations, and biological behavior are significantly different. The NHL of the special first-infringement site is less common. In our hospital, 38 cases were treated and analyzed and reported as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information The 38 cases of this group were diagnosed by pathological examination, and the diagnosis met the relevant diagnostic criteria in “Diagnostics and Curative Effect of Hematology”. There were 30 males and 8 females. The male to female ratio was 3.75:1. 7 to 72 years old, ≤ 20 years old in 4 cases, 21 to 40 years old in 13 cases, 41 to 60 years old in 15 cases, ≥ 61 years old in 6 cases.
