全球气候持续变暖并由此引发的极端气象灾害日趋增多。今年以来,我国气候异常,极端天气事件频繁,气象灾害多发并发。总结气象防灾减灾工作成效,进一步做好气象灾害防御工作,充分发挥气象在防灾减灾中的作用,提高防范应对各类气象灾害的能力,对减轻灾害损失具有重要意义。日前,就我国气象应急管理工作,中国气象局局长郑国光接受了本刊“高端访谈”栏目记者专访。
The global meteorological warming and the resulting extreme weather disasters have been increasing. This year, China’s climate anomalies, frequent extreme weather events, multiple concurrent meteorological disasters. To summarize the effectiveness of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation work, further improve the meteorological disaster prevention, give full play to meteorological functions in disaster prevention and mitigation, and improve the ability to deal with all kinds of meteorological disasters, are of great significance in disaster loss reduction.
