目的探讨多波长氪离子激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)的临床疗效。方法总结分析大庆市人民医院眼科应用氪离子激光仪治疗的44例(44眼)BRVO患者的临床资料。结果治疗后经6~24个月随访,本组显效35眼、有效8眼,总有效率为97.7%;无一例并发黄斑裂孔、视网膜脱离、玻璃体大量积血或继发性青光眼。治疗后视力提高26眼,不变15眼,下降3眼。结论多波长氪离子激光能促进视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者眼底水肿、出血、渗出的吸收,阻止并发症的发生,保护患者视力,疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of multi-wavelength krypton laser in the treatment of retinal branch vein occlusion (BRVO). Methods The clinical data of 44 patients (44 eyes) with BRVO treated by krypton ion laser in Daqing People’s Hospital were summarized. Results After 6-24 months of follow-up, 35 eyes were markedly effective and 8 eyes were effective. The total effective rate was 97.7%. There was no complicated macular hole, retinal detachment, massive vitreous hemorrhage or secondary glaucoma. After treatment, visual acuity increased 26 eyes, unchanged 15 eyes, decreased 3 eyes. Conclusion Multiwavelength krypton laser can promote retinal edema, hemorrhage and exudation in patients with branch retinal vein occlusion to prevent the occurrence of complications and protect the eyesight of patients.
