1 Zhao Zhongxian team groundbreaking iron-based superconducting work and 22 important papers published in the “China Physical Letters” On the morning of January 9, 2017, the National Science and Technology Award Conference was held in Beijing. Academician Zhao Zhongxian, Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, won the 2016 annual National Supreme Science and Technology Award, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President Xi Jinping, chairman of the Central Military Commission to Zhao Zhongxian Academy Award. Mr. Zhao Zhongxian is a leading advocate, promoter and practitioner of high temperature superconductivity research in China. He has made important contributions to the study of HTS in China and has taken root in the world.
