研究功率放大器的非线性行为模型建模问题.功率放大器既呈现非线性,又呈现记忆效应,为了对具有记忆效应的非线性功率放大器进行精确的行为模型建模,提出了基于粒子群优化的RBF神经网络射频功放行为模型.利用freescale半导体晶体管MRF6S21140器件模型及设计的电路从ADS中导出输入输出数据,对射频功率放大器模型进行了仿真实现,得出了输出电压幅度的拟合曲线以及误差曲线.仿真结果表明:PSO-RBF射频功放模型能够获得较好的精度,能够很好的描述射频功率放大器的非线性和记忆效应,为有效解决精确建立射频功放行为建模的问题提供了参考方法.
In this paper, we study the modeling problem of nonlinear behavior model of power amplifier.Power amplifier exhibits both nonlinear and memory effect. In order to model the behavior of nonlinear power amplifier with memory effect accurately, RBF based on Particle Swarm Optimization Neural network RF amplifier behavioral model.Using freescale semiconductor transistor MRF6S21140 device model and design of the circuit derived from the ADS input and output data, the RF power amplifier model was simulated to obtain the output voltage amplitude of the fitting curve and the error curve. The simulation results show that the PSO-RBF RF power amplifier model can obtain better accuracy, describe the nonlinearity and memory effect of the RF power amplifier, and provide a reference for effectively solving the problem of accurately modeling the behavior of the RF power amplifier.
