在小学数学教学过程中,首先要以赏识教育为主,多表扬、鼓励,让学生不惧怕数学;其次要由浅入深,循序渐进,让孩子们觉得数学没有想象的那么难;然后是因材施教,简单的问题给那些接受慢的孩子,有点难度的给接受快的,答对了全班给予鼓励,答错了老师及时引导,给予纠正,通过这些办法来提高学生学习数学的自信心。但是其中最关键的问题在于以下两个方面。一、怎样才能提高计算的准确性和速度计算的准确性是小学数学学科的基本功,要提高计算的准确性需要做好下面几点:1.必须加强计算题的训练比如我在每节课前听算10道题,这样不但可以提高学生的注意力,而且在很大程度上提高了计算的准确性和速度。
