内部控制既是行政单位的一项重要管理活动,又是一项重要的制度安排,是行政单位治理的基石。因此,建立健全行政单位内部控制体系已成为当务之急,加强和完善我国行政单位的内部控制建设极具必要性。
Internal control is not only an important administrative activity of the administrative unit, but also an important institutional arrangement.
