目的了解徐州市和平社区居民高血压病、糖尿病患病情况及患者对健康教育的需求情况。方法以整群抽样法对徐州市和平社区18岁以上常住居民进行健康体检、问卷调查,并对资料进行汇总、整理和系统分析。结果高血压病患病率为35.80%,糖尿病患病率为28.31%,且随年龄的增长而升高,患者对健康教育需求较迫切。结论该社区居民高血压病、糖尿病患病率较高。在社区开展有针对性的健康教育是防治高血压病和糖尿病的有效措施。
Objective To understand the prevalence of hypertension, diabetes mellitus and the demand of health education for residents in Heping community of Xuzhou city. Methods By cluster sampling method, the health examination and questionnaire survey were conducted on the permanent residents above 18 years of age in the peaceful community of Xuzhou City. The data were summarized, collated and systematically analyzed. Results The prevalence of hypertension was 35.80%, the prevalence of diabetes was 28.31%, and increased with age, the demand for health education in patients was more urgent. Conclusion The residents of this community have high blood pressure and high prevalence of diabetes. Targeted health education in the community is an effective measure to prevent and control hypertension and diabetes.
