冲出“怪圈”,敢想、敢闯、敢实践是田径项目达到世界最高水平的关键因素。 “怪圈”主要是指:旧思想、旧观念、旧框框对经验的死搬硬套。那些以阻碍教练员创新训练的各种“拦路虎”都属于“怪圈”范畴。不冲出“怪圈”,就不可能学到马俊仁和过去一些世界著名教练的真经,所培养的运动员也不会达到世界最高水平。只有冲出“怪圈”,发扬敢想、敢闯、并能顶住任何困难的精神,才会坚定不移地去寻找自己的训练道路,最终达到世界最高水平的目的。马家军的兴起就是一个典型的例子。
