钢铁企业由于其生产经营的商品比较特殊而有别于其他企业,具有占地面积大、规则性不强等特点。同时,物资管理是否得当也影响着企业的库存成本和采购成本,涉及到各个环节的成本控制。因此,加强钢铁企业的物资管理是钢铁企业成本控制迫在眉睫的问题。阐述了钢铁企业物资管理的意义,分析了钢铁企业物资管理的现状,提出了钢铁企业物资管理的对策和解决方案。
Due to the special nature of their products, steel enterprises are different from other enterprises in terms of their large area and lack of regularity.
