长期以来,经济工作中的左倾思想否定了经济核算,使经济效果下降。我国经济建设中长期存在着投资多、效果低的问题,近几年来又出现了财政赤字、物价不稳的局面,这是左倾思想长期危害的恶果。左倾思想的基本特征是主观与客观分离,超越了客观的可能,使国民经济陷入了高积累、高基建、低消费、低效果的困境。左倾思想得以严重损害国民经济的一个重要的原因就是对国民经济中的投入和产出、耗费和效用不进行核算,使宏观经济决策失去了客观的依据,由此必然产生盲目性,造成严重失误。
