首先,我们必须明确党在国有企业管理中的政治引导的作用,也必须了解国有企业对党组织的意义,它的发展是党执政兴国的第一要务,也是党组织生命力的根基。可以说,没有国有企业,党的组织作用和管理作用也就没有任何意义了。只有企业得到发展了,党的管理作用才有相应体现,党的队伍也才能在国有企业中得到壮大。为了加快企业发展,党组织在管理企业时需要注意党政目标的统一,集中精神不断创新、探索改革道路。
First of all, we must clarify the role of the party in guiding the political leadership in the management of state-owned enterprises. We must also understand the significance of state-owned enterprises to the party organizations. Its development is the top priority for the party in governing and rejuvenating the country and the foundation for the vitality of the party organizations. It can be said that in the absence of state-owned enterprises, the role of the party in organization and management does not make any sense.
