东府[2015]111号各镇人民政府(街道办事处),市府直属各单位:现将《东莞市人才入户管理办法》印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。2015年12月18日东莞市人才入户管理办法第一章总则第一条为优化我市人口结构,提升城市竞争力,加强人才引进工作,畅通入户渠道,规范入户管理,制定本办法。第二条符合规定条件的非莞户籍人才申请入户我市,适用本办法。第三条本办法所指人才入户,包括条件准入、积分制入户和企业自评人才入户。条件准入,是指按市政府公布的准入条件申请办理入户。
