文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园。党的十八大报告提出,全面建成小康社会,实现中华民族伟大复兴,必须推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,发挥文化引领风尚、教育人民、服务社会、推动发展的作用。中央新疆工作座谈会召开以来,自治区党委明确提出“以现代文化为引领”的具体战略选择,将现代文化置于引领全局的特殊重要位置,开启了新疆文化大发展大繁荣的恢弘序幕。
Culture is the blood of the nation and the spiritual home of the people. The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC put forth the view that building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation must promote the great prosperity and development of socialist culture and give play to the role of culture in leading the fashion, educating the people, serving the community and promoting development. Since the convening of the symposium on work in central Xinjiang, the party committee of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region has explicitly proposed a specific strategic choice of “leading by modern culture” and placed the modern culture in a special and important position that leads the overall situation and opened a grand prologue for the great development and prosperity of the culture in Xinjiang.
