多伦斯厂(Torranoe)为美国阿姆柯钢铁公司(Armoc Steel)所属国民供应公司(National Supply)之石油钻机专业制造厂。该厂位于加利福尼亚州洛杉矶市多伦斯区波德大街(Border Arenue)。此文是作者依据引进国民供应公司海洋钻机制造技术进行的考察及收集的有关技术资料,并应全国铸造学会铸机委员会“关于召开出国人员座谈会的征文”通知拟写的。本文对这个铸钢车间的任务、人员、面积、主要设备作了一般介绍,对主要工艺及树脂自硬砂造型线作了较详细的介绍,最后简单地谈了一下考察得到的有益启示以期对我国的铸造生产和铸造机械的生产提供一点参考。
Torranoe is a specialist manufacturer of oil drilling rigs for National Supply owned by Armoc Steel. The plant is located on Border Arenue in the Dorchester district of Los Angeles, California. This article is written by the author based on the investigation and collection of technical information about the offshore rig manufacturing technology imported by the National Supply Company and shall be informed by the National Foundry Society Casting Committee about the solicitation of the forum for overseas personnel. This article made a general introduction to the tasks, personnel, area and major equipment of this steel casting workshop, introduced the main process and the resin molding line in detail, and finally briefly talked about the beneficial enlightenment obtained by the inspection.
