去年,笔者听说了这样一件事:杭州某老年活动中心合唱团里,有个唱歌很好的老同志突然退团了。理由很简单,因为他长得比较胖,有人爱拿这事开玩笑。老同志认为是对自己的不尊重,尽管大家苦苦挽留,但他仍自顾离去。老年合唱团注重人性化管理,对老同志采取来去自由的宽松制度,当事人想要退出也无可厚非。但通过此事,我却得到些许启发。为丰富我们的退休生活,党和政府为老年人建起老年大学,各种各样的老年活动组织也如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展。
Last year, I heard something like this: In a choir of an elderly activity center in Hangzhou, a veteran comrade with a good singing suddenly dropped out of his league. The reason is simple, because he looks fat, some people love to take this joke. The old comrades considered himself as disrespectful to him and despite his hard stay, he still left. Older choirs pay attention to humane management, the old comrade to take a free and easy system, the parties want to quit is understandable. But through this, I got a little inspiration. To enrich our retirement, the party and government have built elder universities for the elderly, and various elder activities organizations have also mushroomed.
