1991年12月30日,大雪初霁,气候严寒,金山县水利局礼堂却充满了喜庆热烈气氛。壁上高悬的“《金山县海塘志》首发式”大红横幅,鲜艳夺目,会场中央的鲜花,含苞吐芳。先后到达的来宾,互致问候,欢聚一堂。由金山县水利局编纂、上海市地方史志学会会员、助理研究员陈积鸿主编的《金山县海塘志》,在上级编志机构和专家学者的帮助指导下,五度寒暑,数易其稿,经多次评审,屡获好评,1987年并获金山县人民政府颁发的科技进步二等奖。现
