钩吻(Gelsemium elegans),“本草纲目”“中草药学”记载其毒性大,以外用为主。但近十几年来不少单位以口服钩吻粉剂或以总碱注射液来治疗肝癌、胃癌、食道癌和在镇痛方面取得显著的疗效。广西医学院肿瘤研究组治疗肝癌总有效率达60%。海军416医院应用总碱注射液临床止痛有效率达90%。由于其毒性大,限制了它在临床上的广泛使用。我们试图在总碱中分离一个疗效好毒性低的单体,做了钧吻生物碱的提取与分离工作。
Gelsemium elegans, “Compendium of Materia Medica” and “Chinese Herbology,” recorded its toxicity and was mainly used for external use. However, in the past decade or so, many units have achieved significant curative effects in the treatment of liver cancer, gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, and analgesia with oral hookworm powder or total alkali injection. The Cancer Research Group of Guangxi Medical College treated 60% of the total effective rate of liver cancer. Naval 416 hospital application total base injection clinical analgesic efficiency of 90%. Due to its high toxicity, it has limited its clinical use. We tried to isolate a monomer with low efficacy and toxicity in total alkaloids and did the extraction and separation of Alkaloids.
