2007年8月30日,《中华人民共和国就业促进法》由十届全国人大常委会第二十九次会议审议通过,并由中华人民共和国国家主席颁布,自2008年1月1日起施行。该法共九章69条。《就业促进法》的颁布,是我国劳动保障法制建设取得的重大成果,进一步丰富和完善了我国劳动保障法律体系,对于促进劳动者就业、构建社会主义和谐社会,具有重要而深远的意义。本文拟对该法与职工利益息息相关的内容予以解读,以飨读者。
On August 30, 2007, the Employment Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China was examined and adopted by the 29th NPC Standing Committee and promulgated by the President of the People's Republic of China since January 1, 2008. The law a total of nine chapters 69. The promulgation of the Employment Promotion Law is a major achievement made by China's labor security legal system and further enriches and improves our labor security legal system, which is of great and far-reaching significance for promoting employment of laborers and building a harmonious socialist society. This article intends to interpret the content of the law and the interests of the workers to readers.
