企业分类及其法律调整问题,直接反映了一个国家的经济体制及其企业发展现状。由于我国渐进式经济体制改革所产生的改革变异系数,使我国现代企业分类及其法律调整比较紊乱。本文对此进行了阐述、分析,同时从体制改革、企业分类立法层面等方面提出了解决问题的思路和建议。
The classification of enterprises and their legal regulation directly reflect the current economic situation of a country and its enterprises. Due to the coefficient of variation of reform which is produced by the reform of our country’s gradual economic system, the classification of our country’s modern enterprises and the legal adjustment are rather disordered. This article has carried on the elaboration, the analysis, at the same time from the system reform, the enterprise classification legislation aspect and so on has proposed the train of thought and the suggestion.
